  • Fitness In Recovery (FIR) Training Program is a partnership with Spectrum Health, staff and clients. In support of Recovery Month, BRF invites clients, their family and supporters to come out to the bike path each Sunday and train towards completing the 3.1 distance of the FIR 5K race in a safe, supportive and sober environment. This program is free and open to anyone in the community to join.
  • Soldier On and BRF will be hosting Saturday Morning Walk/Run Sessions beginning in late September, for any of their residents to take part in. The goal is participating in and completing the City of Pittsfield’s first Veterans Day 5K event in November. Coaches are on hand to advise and support the participants to ensure they have a safe and successful event.
