- Prizes will be awarded for overall top 3 male and female in each race, and for top finishers in each age category (0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)

- The awards ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM.

The race will start and finish at High Lawn Farm, 535 Summer St, Lee, MA 01238. PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY
Runners & Spectators Please Note
No Dogs or Pets
Due to safety concerns, no dogs or pets are allowed in the race.
- Headphone are potentially hazardous on a bike path as you are limiting your ability to be aware of what is around you, course marshals, bikes, and other traffic. For reasons stated we discourage the wearing of headphones.
- Wheelchairs and other disabled push strollers are welcomed. To help accommodate your needs, please contact us and let us know you are coming and we can help with any accommodations you require.
Spectators
- SPECATATORS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE AND ENTER THE CHUTE TO FOLLOW YOUR RUNNER
Toilets & Water Stops
- There will be porta-potties at the start/finish of the race.
- There will be water stops at miles 1 and 2, as well as water and snacks at the finish.
The Fine Print
Refunds
No refunds under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.
Events are planned and paid for months in advance of the actual date. IF our event is canceled or postponed because of weather, pandemics, or other forces beyond our control, we won’t be able to provide refunds. In these rare situations, we’ll convert the race to a virtual one and mail you your full race goodie bag.
Due to regulations changes may be made to the course or race details for the safety of our participants and staff. Any changes will be communicated prior to the event via email, on our social media platforms, and on our website.
DESCRIPTION
The High Lawn Farm Keep Moo’ving 5K is a 3.1 mile walk or run that is open to all abilities and levels of fitness. 100% of the proceeds from this event benefit Berkshire Bounty. Berkshire Bounty is a food rescue organization dedicated to collecting, purchasing and delivering nutritious food to emergency food distribution programs countywide.
The course is beautiful, starting runners at the farm, then passing along Laurel Lake before returning to the farm to celebrate at the food truck where runners enjoy a well-earned High Lawn Farm ice cream. Visit the historic century worth of memorabilia in the High Lawn Farm Museum, open specifically for the runners following the race!
